Preparation
In microwave
Remove the lid and place the still-frozen product in the oven at 600W power (medium power) for about 15 minutes. Please note: you may have to adjust the cooking time according to the performance of your microwave oven.
In the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C, remove the lid and put the frozen product:
- in the ventilated oven for about 30 minutes
- in the conventional oven for about 40 minutes -
Ingredients
Béchamel 41%: milk, sunflower oil, tender wheat type "0" flour, butter, salt.

Fish sauce 43%: cuttlefish 25% (cuttlefish and/or Atlantic cuttlefish and/or Indo-Pacific cuttlefish) (11% in the finished product), fish fillet 15% (redfish and/or Atlantic redfish) (6% in the finished product), cuttlefish tufts 15% (Atlantic squid and/or Pacific squid and/or Indo-Pacific squid) (6% in the finished product), shrimp 15% (Indian shrimp and/or Indo-Pacific shrimp) (6% in the finished product), tomato semiconcentrate, extra virgin olive oil, onion, white wine, anchovies paste (anchovies, salt, sunflower oil), salt, garlic, pepper.
Lasagna 16%: hard wheat semolina, tender wheat flour type "00," water, eggs, salt.
