Our plant is powered by the sun through a photovoltaic system of over 700 panels.

Our plant is equipped with an advanced photovoltaic system consisting of more than 700 solar panels, enabling us to produce up to 320 KW/H of energy. Thanks to this system, we are able to optimize the use of energy resources and power the plant with clean, self-produced energy for more than 300 days a year.
CO2 refrigeration system.

We have a new CO2 refrigeration system an innovative solution both technologically and sustainably.

This plant, powered by energy from solar panels, uses CO2 a nontoxic, nonflammable natural gas that is safe for the ozone layer, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Its high energy efficiency allows us to store enough energy during the day to keep the system running even during the night when the panels are not in operation.

4,000 liters of hot water per day with recycled energy

An additional advantage of our system concerns the heating of water for sanitary use. In fact, we recover waste heat from the refrigeration process, with over 4,000 liters of hot water at 60°C every day, thus avoiding waste and further reducing our environmental impact. This approach allows us to make the most of every resource, optimizing both production and energy consumption.
