Preparation
In microwave
Remove the lid and place the still-frozen product in the oven at 600W power (medium power) for about 15 minutes. Please note: you may have to adjust the cooking time according to the performance of your microwave oven.
In the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C, remove the lid and put the product still frozen:
- ventilated oven for about 30 minutes
- conventional oven for about 40 minutes -
Ingredients
Tomato pulp 46%, grilled eggplant 30%, mozzarella 13%, (milk, salt, coagulating enzyme), onion, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, butter, salt, basil, sugar.
