Preparation
In fryer
Pour the product from frozen into a deep fryer with hot oil at 180°C (350°F), fry for 4-5 minutes until it reaches the desired golden color.

southern cuttlefish (Nototodarus solanii-fished Southwest Pacific Ocean-FAO 81), cuttlefish (Indo-Pacific cuttlefish-
fished Indian Ocean-Fao 51),flouring mix (soft wheat type "0" flour, corn flour, potato starch,
salt, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate E500,sodium pyrophosphate E450).
