Preparation
In pan/pan
Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick pot, heat on the medium stove over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bring the product to a boil for a few minutes.
In microwave
Place the still-frozen product in a microwave-safe container and cook at 600 watts for about 5 minutes with the lid on. Caution: you may need to adjust the cooking time according to the performance of your microwave oven.

Stoccafisso rehydrated 56% (Dried cod species Gadus Morhua caught in FAO zone 27, water), milk, extra virgin olive oil, onion, tender wheat flour type "00", panna, alacce and/or sardines in oil (alacce, sunflower oil), salt, parsley, garlic, pepper, antioxidant (rosemary extract). May contain traces of soy.
