Preparation
In pan/pan
Pour the still-frozen product into a nonstick pan, heat on the stove medium high flame for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In microwave
Place the still-frozen product in a microwave-safe container and cook at 600 watts for about 4 minutes with the lid on. Caution: you may need to adjust the cooking time according to the performance of your microwave oven.

Cuttlefish 21% (cuttlefish and/or Atlantic cuttlefish and/or Indo-Pacific cuttlefish), cuttlefish tufts and rings 21% (Atlantic squid and/or Pacific squid and/or Indo-Pacific squid), cherry tomatoes in halves 12%, Indo-Pacific shrimp 8%, semi-concentrated tomato, Chilean mussels 6%, scorpionfish fillet 5% (redfish and/or Atlantic redfish), extra virgin olive oil, clams 5% (Pacific clam and/or Chilean clam), sunflower oil, onion, white wine, anchovy paste (anchovies, salt, sunflower oil), garlic, potato starch, parsley, salt, basil, pepper, chili pepper.
